What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Cookies and Analytics
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. When you leave comments on the Site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We do not use this information for any marketing purposes.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
When you use a contact form on the Site we collect the data shown in the contact form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
We keep contact form submissions for 1 year for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Newsletter subscription form
We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor an improve our e-newsletter.
You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
For free downloads we only collect your email address, your name and optionally your surname. This information is used only to send you a download link. Who we share your data with
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our Site, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you contact Us using the contact form or an email, We will keep the entries for twelve months.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records for 10 years, unless you ask us to delete this information.
We will retain analytics records for 18 months.
What rights you have over your data
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Any payments are processed by PayPal.
Your Device information is transferred to Google.
How we protect your data
Our Site is encrypted with SSL certificate. Information that you provide using forms on this site, is transferred in an encrypted form.
We only retain data strictly necessary for providing the service. We handle your data with respect and care.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In case we find out that your personal data has been breached or potentially could be breached, we will contact you immediately using the email address your used to interact with our Site. We will also report any personal data breach to Information Commissioner’s Office.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
